Standard benefits cover flat-rate costs for food, clothing, household energy (excluding heating and hot water), personal hygiene, household goods, daily living requirements and, to a certain extent, establishing relations with the outside world and participating in cultural life.
As of 1 January 2025, the standard benefits shall apply to the following groups:
